It is very clear that Ross and Delaney have failed in moving on their priorities , mentioned, for more than twenty years. They both have conflicts in truly representing Martinez as Mayor. This is due to their work life. They divide rather than unite. This has been demonstrated over the past twenty years. They both have divided Martinez on important issues concerning Martinez character. Both the downtown and open space where jeopardize. And spent City resources to do so This included directing City staff to participate. They approved 100 of thousands of dollars on lawsuits against Citizens and for developers. Ross and Delaney have fail to do what they profess.
