Loophole in campaign finance law allows unlimited contributions to school board candidates, which became major factor in Contra Costa County Board of Education race between two Martinez residents
The Charter School PAC is strategically placing pro-charter county school board members to continue expanding and privatizing public schools. If you want to really know about what's been happening across the country follow Diane Ravitch. She is a historian of education, an education analyst and a research professor at New York University. She has a pulse on what's happening to our public schools.
That is disappointing behavior from the Llamas campaign. It reminds me of when Trump told Hillary during the first debate that it makes him smart not to pay taxes, as he is taking advantage of the loopholes created. This might be legal not ethical. Very disappointed.
Some interesting points. But, supporting local candidates out of campaign contributions given on a non-local scale is an affront to local Democracy and is nepotism. Every single local faction supported Radke, no one is ever going to trust Young and he will not hide behind his skin color. He is a modern and reasonably successful human being and will take it on the chin like anyone else. And Craig, I do believe you aim for good journalism, but you do not have the recent history of this town and who AMAF really is and what she has done to the people of this town and its government. You also do not understand that Kevin Murray, who has now upsconded with our history as his REA platform, was the PAC of AMAF. My opinions as they relate to public policy.
highly instrumental in the PAC.

Thank you, will look in to that!
