While Benicia & Martinez have similar downtowns, Benicia also has an enticing functional marina with generally well maintained higher density housing nearby & a large regional park. This is a very inviting concept in my mind. I keep hoping we can move towards a vision like this as a city. For every step forward we sadly seem to take 2 steps backward.
